Vertical Integrated Organic Fertilizer System
The integrated organic fertilizer system is specially designed and manufactured for livestock, poultry farm and some other organic waste treatment. By high temperature aerobic digestion, the organic waste will be biodegraded into harmless and stable substances, which can be used as organic fertilizer. Meanwhile, biological deodorization is installed to eliminate the bad smell. With this environmental friendly system, the waste problem is solved, at the same time, it brings economical benefits to farm owners, especially chicken farm, swine farm, cow farm, etc.

Through this fermentation treatment, the moisture content of organic manure is about 30%-40%, and it can be directly packed and deliver to site.
Applicable waste: Animal manure, kitchen waste, domestic sludge, etc.
Auxiliary biomass material: Crushed straw, sawdust, mushroom dreg etc.
Working principle: High temperature aerobic digestion
Odor control: Biological deodorization
Input requirements: 60~65% water content material
Output end product: 30~40% water content organic fertilizer
Temperature: Up to 80ºC, by ventilation, oxygenation, stirring, etc., it will be controlled in the optimal temperature range, 55~60ºC.
