The study shows that using Coal Activated Carbon as an adsorption material, through the industrial use of coal activated carbon adsorption concentration + catalytic decomposition combination process, the whole Activated Carbon purification system has realized the closed cycle of purification and desorption process, the operation process does not produce two pollution, equipment investment and operation cost is relatively low. Under constant temperature and constant pressure, when the air flow reaches a certain speed, the adsorption capacity of activated carbon can reach 1050mg/g, and in the same environment, the higher the temperature, the better the adsorption effect of activated carbon, the greater the purification of the adsorption amount of organic solvent waste gas.
